Of all the money that e`er I spent
I`ve spent it in good company
And all the harm that ever I did
Alas it was to none but me
And all I`ve done for want of wit
To memory now I can`t recall
So fill to me the parting glass
Good night and joy be with you all

If I had money enough to spend
And leisure to sit awhile
There is a fair maid in the town
That sorely has my heart beguiled
Her rosy cheeks and ruby lips
I own she has my heart enthralled
So fill to me the parting glass
Good night and joy be with you all

Oh, all the comrades that e`er I had
They`re sorry for my going away
And all the sweethearts that e`er I had
They`d wish me one more day to stay
But since it falls unto my lot
That I should rise and you should not
I`ll gently rise and softly call
Good night and joy be with you all

Thanks Mom!!!

I just want to REALLY show my spirit and should we say...surprise my son? lol...I will answer SERIOUS emails only. Please, if you have a uniform hanging around...contact @@@@@@@.com. I would SO GREATLY appreciate it! Thank you and have a great night!

It's like knowing some guy is going to be hit by a train, but you don't know where he is or how to help him.

Wife "Welding class.

First day of my new awesome/headache project.   Mostly deconstruction, but I was a comp lit major for a while so I was prepared. Ripped out some boards that were water damaged, bulled off some sideing.   Pulling it apart is the hard part right?

I have given it some thought,   Anybody who is doing anything at 72 that gets them tied up in a closet and killed is still my hero.    I am reasonably certain that he was helping a young Kung Fu student he met on the movie set who's family was in debt to gangsters.   The young student is even now going through a training montage to avenge his fallen master.

When applying peppermint toothpaste to brush do not accidentally flick said paste from the bristle into your eye.   Not only does it burn but it is hard to remove anything from your eye when you are laughing at yourself that hard.

I want you to know gentle reader that what ever direction this blog takes It will not devolve into a detailed description of my medical condition.

Is it just me or is that where most blogs end up?

 First Entry,

I feel like I am coming late to the LJ party.  I have been meaning to inflict some kind of blogery on the net for some time now.  Because  of my  work I have a lot of tech at my disposal that I don't use.     I could Launch the space shuttle from my apartment yet I can do all my important calculations with a pile of rocks and a pointy stick.

Getting tech, especially tech that allows you to create stuff can be revealing.   Getting a 32 gig flash drive for instance and then finding you have created less than a gig of stuff you need to transfer or   Getting a scanner and realizing all your media is allready digitized.   FInding a pci computer card for under a hundred dollars that not only gives you every guitar effect you lusted after in highschool, plus a 32 track digital recording studio and then not liking your guitar playing any better.   Finding a self publishing site (lulu.com) that will publish a book for you complete with ISBN for less than $300 and print only as many as you sell.

It is sobering to discover that lack of equipment was not the thing standing between you and your opus .  It goes to show you the important role that yesterdays gatekeepers played in preserving the collective ego.

I will now add some random stuff so I can learn how to use the LJ interface.
